If you've ever finished a long shift with your heels on fire, or spent years cycling through shoe inserts, stretches, and "miracle" products that didn't actually help — you know exactly why this store exists.

I'm Tyler, and I've had constant heel pain since middle school. Not the occasional sore-feet kind — the kind that changes how you stand, how you walk, and how you sleep. I've spent years trying things that promised relief and fell short. Elivra grew out of that frustration.

I'll be straight with you: I'm not a big company. I'm a full-time worker and student based in Minnesota, running this store on the side and working toward my EMT certification because I care about how people recover from pain. I started Elivra in part because I wanted to build something of my own, and in part because the three categories I focus on — back relief, foot relief, and sleep — are the ones I deal with personally.

Because I can't be an expert in everything, I keep the store narrow on purpose. Every product here has to clear three checks before I'll add it:

  1. It has to address a specific, real problem — not a vague "wellness" promise.
  2. It has to have a track record — either from my own experience or from verified reviews by people who actually use it.
  3. It has to be returnable without a fight.

My promise: 30 days, no questions. If something you buy from Elivra doesn't help you within 30 days, send it back for a full refund. No restocking fee, no "why are you returning this" email, no runaround.

I'm one person. When you email me, you're emailing me — not a support team, not a bot. I personally respond to every message, usually within 48 hours, at Elivra.stores@gmail.com.
