Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada — if you're north of the border and want a product, email us and we'll let you know when we're live there.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no fine print.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships.

Delivery times

Most of our products ship from US warehouses and arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.

A few of our specialty items ship from overseas partners (we use them because they're the best at what they do, not the cheapest). These take 7–12 business days after processing. If your order includes one of these items, you'll see a note on the product page before checkout, and your shipping confirmation email will reflect the longer transit time.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the email you used at checkout. If you don't see it within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder — then email us.

Order arrived late or not at all?

First, check the tracking link. If the package says "delivered" but you can't find it, it occasionally means the carrier marked it early — wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your building.

If tracking shows it's stuck or your delivery window has passed, email Elivra.stores@gmail.com with your order number. We'll chase it down with the carrier or send a replacement.

Wrong address?

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute packages once they've shipped. If you notice an error right after placing your order, email us immediately and we'll update it if it hasn't shipped yet.
