We want you to actually feel better. If something we sent isn't helping, we'll make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or return. If the product didn't work for your pain, didn't fit, or just wasn't what you expected — reach out. No hoops.
How to start a return
Email us at Elivra.stores@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about why you're returning it. We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — we can't process returns that arrive without a ticket.
What we'll accept
Items returned within 30 days of delivery, in resellable condition (undamaged, all original parts included).
What we can't accept
Items damaged by the customer after delivery — drops, tears, misuse, or modifications. This does not include items damaged in shipping (see below).
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we can only refund orders we actually receive.
Damaged in shipping?
That's on us, not you. If your package arrives damaged or the product is broken out of the box, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
Refund processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take another few days to post it.
Order cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it for free. Once it's in transit, you'll need to wait for delivery and start a return.
