Arch Support Compression Sleeves for Plantar Fasciitis

If your first few steps in the morning feel like stepping on a bruise, or your arches ache by the end of a long shift, that's usually plantar fasciitis or fallen arches flaring up. These compression sleeves wrap around the middle of your foot to lift the arch and take pressure off the band of tissue that's screaming at you.

I added these to the shop because they're one of the cheapest things you can try before springing for custom orthotics — and a lot of people get real relief from them.

How to actually use them:

Slide one on each foot (they're marked R and L so you put them on the right side). Wear them inside your regular socks and shoes during the day, especially if you're on your feet a lot. A lot of folks also wear them around the house first thing in the morning — that's when plantar fasciitis hits hardest, and the compression helps loosen things up before you start walking on it.
