How to actually use it:

Charge it up first (full charge is good for about 2 hours of use). Hit the power button to cycle through three intensity levels — start on the lowest your first few sessions. Roll slowly along the muscle, about an inch per second. If you hit a tight spot, pause on it for 20-30 seconds, then keep moving. Don't camp on one spot for 5 minutes — more isn't better, and you'll bruise yourself.

Good for: tight calves after long days on your feet, plantar fasciitis arches (roll your foot back and forth on it while sitting), lower back stiffness, post-workout recovery, IT band, sore quads.
